Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through the RecLeaguer Team Shop. All products are custom-printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printify, and shipped directly to you.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Because every item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3-7 business days after production
- International: 7-21 business days after production (varies by destination)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. RecLeaguer is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Rates are set by our fulfillment partner and carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all merchandise is custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, torn fabric)
- You received the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our contact page. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the defective item.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before production begins. After that window, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately via the contact page if you need to cancel.
